This 12 piece collection lot includes. 1864 print from a steel plate engraving portrait group titled “Confederate Generals” incl. Lee, Lieutenant Gen Stonewall Jackson. Maj Gen Sterling Price, Maj Gen Breckenridge, Gen Joe Johnston, Gen Bragg, Lieutenant Gen Beauregard, Maj Gen Buckner, Maj Gen S. Lieutenant Gen Polk, Pemberton, and Longstreet. 1863 bronze Indian head penny est. CSA#11-AD blue used stamp. CSA#12-AD (c or d green color) used Pen Cancel stamp. 58 caliber minie balls used for the Springfield Model 1861 rifle. Minie balls from a CSA contract Enfield rifle. 52 caliber minie ball from a Confederate Richmond Labs Sharps rifle. (All minie balls recovered from Manassas and are in “dropped” condition). Confederate Used postal coverw/ a pair of canceled CSA#7 stamps addressed to J. 1865 Map titled “The Battleground at Stone River or Murfreesboro” published by O. 1865 Map of “the Battle of Chickamauga troop placement and topography ” engraved by Waters and Son, published by Jones Bros Publishing. 1865 Map Chattanooga and Vicinity, pos. Held Sept 20th and Nov 25th 1863 published by O. 1864 Print From a steel plate engraving titled “Battle of Chancellorsville ” engraved by J. Chapin and published by Virtue, Yorston and Co. This battle has often been described as General Lee’s perfect battle.
