Scott 917a, MNH 5¢ Reverse Printing Error Sheet of 50, PSE Certified. There is a small tear in the right sheet margin as stated on the cert. It also appears that there was a tiny repaired perf separation on the top right corner that was overlooked by PSE. You will receive the sheet of stamps and cert shown in the photos.
