All the colors are a neutral palette that bring out the natural beauty of the colors and texture in this beautiful bird, especially his golden eye. Bruce Miller is a Minnesota wildlife artist who showed his artistic talent at an early age. He majored in art at St. Miller, an avid outdoorsman and Eagle Scout, tried a variety of artistic styles and subjects before settling on wildlife. He won the 1993 Federal Duck Stamp Contest and was the 1999 Ducks Unlimited International Artist of the Year. He has painted four previous Texas Conservation Stamps. About the custom framed piece.
