Precancelled 3c Canada Lily dry print variety. Scott / Unitrade 708xx var. A new discovery on the 3c value! Approximately the upper left third of the sheet has a very dry print of the green colour that makes up the stem and leaves on the flower, leaving it only slightly visible. Towards the lower right corner the print intensity improves to a near-normal in the corner. The scans show the full sheet (which may not quite show the extent of the dry print), and then progressive improvement of the print on stamps #1, 24, 56 and 100. Stamp #56 also shows a white line connecting the stamen and leaf, found on other panes that have been normally printed. One of only two error sheets found.
